Illinois School for the Deaf

ISD offers a standard (which is similar to the regular curriculum in public schools), modified and developmental curricula. The modified and developmental curricula emphasize vocational training. ISD's educational program is recognized by the Illinois State Board of Education and is accredited by both the North Central Association and the Conference of Educational Administrators of Schools and Programs for the Deaf.
