Parent-infant program

The Kline House Parent/Infant Program at the Illinois School for the Deaf serving Illinois Families and their children diagnosed with hearing loss from birth to age 3.

The Mission of the Kline House Parent/Infant Program is to:

  • treat each family individually
  • be a resource to each family
  • respect and support the decisions made by the family
  • provide direct services to the family that instill knowledge and confidence in themselves for making life-long decisions for their child provide direct services to the child that will enhance his/her communication, language, and education using the preferred mode of communication chosen by the family.

01The Institute for Parents of Preschool Children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing is a wonderful opportunity to learn about hearing loss and how to help your child develop to their full potential.
